Onychtao avensis (Lafty)

Lafty is the only known, really “airborne” Puka not only being capable of doing big jumps. Unique in the animal kingdom: the ears of this Puka were transformed into flying organs; the stub tail was remodeled for the purpose of flight control and stabilization; the front extremities are reduced, the feet have been differentiated in terms of a particular access at landing; the convergence to birds feet is unmistakable.
