Harvey is an accompanying Puka. Thus he runs alongside its symbiotic partner and never allow themselves to be carried by them which, even with large Accompanying Pukas, would mean no effort for humans, since Pukas are practically weightless.
He is generally very shy; also mostly visible for symbiotic partners only from depicted perspective; Harveys gained great fame through the book / movie: "My friend Harvey".
Important - Harvey is NOT a hare!
